Wildlife Timber wolves are among the earth’s most magnificent predators providing a crucial balance in nature. Every fleeting glimpse of an animal in its wild home is a gift, each reminds us of our connection to all of nature.	Lake Superior The largest expanse of freshwater on Earth is more an inland sea than a lake, and for us it is the place we call Home. We have travelled thousands of miles exploring the coastline and watershed in all seasons.
Canoeing The gallery of canoeing images were taken on river and coastline journeys from Labrador to northern Quebec, from the Great Lakes to the great Southwest. Ancient landscapes connected by ancient trails on water and land.	Kayaking Images here depict kayaking among icebergs in Greenland, exploring Baja Mexico’s saltwater seas, and traversing the amazing shoreline landscapes of Lake Superior, Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.
Winter Adventure Every year winter creates new landscapes in familiar places. There are ice palisades, snow caves, winter trails, and frozen lakes. We travel by skis, snowshoes, or dogsled. It is a magic time to explore wilderness.	Lake Nipigon On a summer’s paddle around Lake Nipigon,Lake Superior’s largest headwater lake, we discovered a wild landscape of rocky shores, beaches, magnificent skies….home to white pelicans, bald eagles, woodland caribou, timber wolves, black bears and moose.
Abstract and Patterns The colours and textures of plants, sand, water, rock, and sky fall into endlessly fascinating patterns from which, we as humans, draw inspiration, creativity, and solutions. Our journeys help us see ourselves as a magical part of the universe.	Trees, Plants, Flowers & Fungi This gallery contains images of flowers, trees or fungi. It also reflects a variety of landscapes in different seasons such as early summer wetlands blooming with irises, summer in the ancient white pine forest to autumn in our backyard.
Georgian Bay & North Channel We have paddled extensively in this region which lies to the southeast of our home. The North Channel of Lake Huron, Bay of Islands, the coast near Killarney Provincial Park and Georgian Bay’s 30,000 Islands provide for terrific open water paddling.	Rivers We love the thrill of navigating swiftly flowing rivers with skill and precision. When the river is impassable, we hike the often long-used portages. Creeks and streams in all seasons attract us. Sit by one, close your eyes and listen.
